How does it work?

Our shoe shine subscription is designed in a way so that you always have your shoes perfectly shined at special price.
During checkout, you can activate the automatic shine service which give you access to our exclusive shine club perks and to regular shines to keep your shoes shined like on the first day.

How can I pay for it?

Automatic shine requires a recurring monthly subscription, meaning that you be charged in every billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription. A 1-month plan means you get billed every month. A 3-month plan means you get billed every 3 months, etc.
Your recurring date can be changed anytime from your Account page.

How do I know when my shoes get re-shined?

Your recurring shine date and frequency will be displayed to you and can be changed anytime from your Account page.
We will also send you a reminder email to have it ready for shipment.

Can I cancel my subscription?

If you would like to cancel your subscription, just log into your account and click "Cancel," then confirm your choice.

Do I have to ship on the same day I book the service?

No, you are not required to ship your shoes on the same day you book the service. Once your order is placed, you will receive detailed shipping instructions. As long as your shoes are shipped within the specified timeframe noted in your confirmation email, your booking remains valid. We recommend sending them promptly to avoid delays, but same‑day shipping is not mandatory.

What if I need to change my return shipping address?

If you need to update your return shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible through your My Account portal or by emailing our customer service team. We can adjust the address before your shoes are shipped back. Once the package has already been dispatched, we are unable to change the destination, so it is important to notify us promptly.

Can I get it back faster?

Yes — while our standard turnaround times cannot be shortened once an order is placed, we do offer an Express Service option at the time of ordering. This premium service, available for an additional fee, ensures your shoes are prioritized and returned within a shorter, guaranteed timeframe. We recommend selecting Express Service during checkout if you require your shoes back sooner.

What if I want to change the service I paid?

Once an order has been placed and payment completed, the selected service cannot be changed. Each booking is processed according to the service chosen at checkout. If you require a different service, you will need to place a new order. We recommend reviewing the service options carefully before confirming your purchase to ensure the right fit for your needs.

 
Can I request a refund after my order has been processed?

No. Once work has begun, it cannot be undone, as each order involves a personalized service. Because of this, all sales are final and the payment obligation remains in effect once processing starts. We kindly ask that you review your selections carefully before checkout.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment is declined, the order will not be processed. We recommend contacting your bank or card provider to resolve the issue, then placing a new order once the payment method is confirmed.

What if I need to modify my order?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. Modifications are possible only if your shoes are still with us and have not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order has entered the service stage or the package has been dispatched, we are unable to make adjustments.

What if my shoes are returned damaged or I am not satisfied with the service?

We handle every pair of shoes with the greatest care. Once a service has been completed, it cannot be undone. If your shoes arrive damaged or you are not fully satisfied, please reach out to us right away with photos and details. We will carefully review your case and, if appropriate, provide a corrective solution such as repair or re‑service. Because the work itself is final, resolutions are offered through additional service rather than refund.

Who is responsible for the return shipping costs?

The service price itself does not include shipping. The round‑trip shipping fee is added at checkout, so it is prepaid and fully settled in advance. This means you will not need to cover any additional charges when your shoes are returned to you.
