We take pride in our shines and tried to make our order process as smooth and simple as possible for a spotless overall experience. Here are the steps explained in detail, but if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.
1 Pick your service
We offer three types of services, shine, patina and nubuck and suede cleaning.
Click on the type of service you are interested in and personalize it to your preference.
You can choose between introductory shine, My Dad’s Shine and our TEO Signature shine.
2 Confirm your order
Once you complete your order, directly from your account send us a few pictures of the shoes you would like to have shined.
Please don’t forget to add which parts you would like to shine, toe, heels and or sides.
If there is any special care your shoes might need beyond what is detailed in the description, please let us know so we can prepare for that.
3 Ship it
Your will receive the shipping instructions to your account and by email as well.
We recommend shipping your shoes in a box, wrapped in paper or bubble wrap.
Please always make sure to use a trackable service and with insurance.
4 We shine
